Driven by a passion for lighting and its role in shaping the feel of an interior space, my work explores how ceramic lighting can create a comforting and relaxing atmosphere.

Inspired by the concept of Biophilic Design, I aim to achieve this through using form, texture and materiality to reconnect people to the natural world.

I work primarily with porcelain, exploring it’s delicate translucency and how it interacts with light - highlighting it’s soft ambient glow to enrich environments.

My goal is to design lighting that not only illuminates but also enhances the emotional quality of a space - pieces that offer not just lighting, but also a feeling.
