Delivery and Returns

Each piece is handmade and some items are made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for production and dispatch, although some items may be available sooner.

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

UK shipping is calculated at checkout.

All pieces are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery and are sent using a tracked and signed service.

International Shipping is available on request. Due to the scale and fragility of each piece, international shipping is arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch to discuss delivery options.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the delicate nature of each piece, we recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
